I would recommend Kiwan to anyone really looking for a good home. He will go out of his way to do the best to help you search and find your next home. At first, I was another realtor however, the realtor wasn't listening to what we wanted so I said I'm sorry but the house you're showing me is too much to repair. So, we waited some time and we did find a home of interest but it was under contract. But we contacted Kiwan after a long search of a realtor and we talked about our finding. Kiwan did everything possible and come to find out it was mistaken for under contract. We had the best luck with Kiwan and now we have been living our home for over 3 years.
