Kiwan made the process of buying my first home at 26 as least stressful as it could have been. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and thorough. He is prompt on communicating and listened to any and all my concerns that I had as a first time home buyer. I had a different realtor before Kiwan and she seemed kind of shady-like and the communication was touch and go leaving me without knowing what to do. On the back burner for a long time so to say. She never even researched the properties I was interested in. I felt like my time was completely wasted. After meeting Kiwan he was very attentive to listening to my concerns and needs. Kiwan was determined to get us the home we wanted. I was surprised when I closed on my house in only 2 months! I recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor/broker. I live out of state and was looking to rent before buying… an extremely stressful situation. Was extremely lucky to have Kiwan showing family members a rental on my behalf.

Although that particular rental did not work out, Kiwan’s communication and willingness to suggest other locations was a welcome approach. I mean, he wasn’t representing these other places.
